Next Chapter Part 2

Simon Sinek, an accomplished author, speaker and consultant, pushes organizations to consider their ‘why’.  His advice has helped many organizations transform themselves including the organization that was my professional home for over 40 years. At the time, Sinek’s message resonated with me and it continues to now. I get energy from helping people and organizations grow and be successful.  I have been doing just that for over 40 years. That is my “why” and the goal for my next chapter. I know it will be good fun.
